Chorizo
This is a new product for Capreolus Fine Foods - a unique British version of the famous Spanish classic using rare breed pork (Gloucester Old Spot) and wild venison (Fallow deer). These fresh chorizos will be available from the first week of December and are to be used as a cooking ingredient.
