Dry-Cured Bacon
Our award winning bacon is truly slow food. We dry cure loins to make back bacon using traditional methods, we massage it regularly, air dry it, and smoke it slowly over oak. We are proud to say that when you cook it there will be no white water in the pan. Enjoy!
