Product Description
We immerse the duck breasts in a flavour-packed cure of thyme, juniper and bay with a dash of port and then carefully hot smoke until roasted. The result is soft, full of flavour, and very delicious. This is one of our most popular products and has won a GOLD in the 2010 Taste of the West Awards.
