Award winning - GOLD in the 2010 Taste of the West Awards. We cure the duck breasts with a mixture of herbs, including thyme, juniper and bay, and our specially selected spices. The result is a delicate and succulent treat – full of flavour with a soft and delicious texture. Our smoke roasted duck is delicious with fruits like mango and orange or a cranberry compote at Christmas, but is equally at home with a fresh green salad of mange tout and seasonal leaves.
