Product Description
Our new version of a chorizo for cooking, or eating straight away, is made with sweet, mid-heat paprika, free-range West country pork with natural casings. It has a medium texture and is lightly spiced. These are unsmoked chorizos that can be used as an ingredient in many pasta, casserole and rice dishes - also wonderful with scallops.
