Our new version of a fresh chorizo for cooking is made with sweet, mid-heat paprika. It has a medium texture and is lightly spiced. These are cured and midly smoked chorizos that can be used as an ingredient in many pasta, casserole and rice dishes. If you prefer your chorizos unsmoked try our Chorizo unsmoked
