Product Description
This is one of our newest products, and very proud of it we are too! Unlike the Italian Bresaola, which is made from beef, we have used the meat of wild deer which has been cured with a wonderful mix of spices and wine and then dried slowly for many weeks. The flavour is rich and sensuous, the colour dark and the texture supple yet firm. This would make a wonderful addition to any platter of finest charcuterie.
