It has been a great deal of work but finally we can say that our online shop is open for business.  We moved to Rampisham in March of 2010 and have put a lot of energy into getting the new smokehouse up and running.  We have worked hard attending food festivals, farmers markets, deli tasting days and keeping our restaurant customers stocked with Capreolus products and now, finally, we can offer our online shop for all those who have asked for it.  We shall use the News and Events page to tell you about the festivals that we will be attending - please do come and say 'Hello'.
