We believe in producing our smoked and cured products with the greatest of care to ensure that it reaches you in the best possible condition. For this reason we have an active testing regime with Microtech Services (Wessex) Ltd and have gone further with expensive shelf life testing so that you can be sure of a product with excellent keeping qualities. The shelf life of our products is as follows:
