Award winning - GOLD in the 2010 Taste of the West Awards. The cure for our chicken breasts is full of beautiful ingredients fresh tarragon and star anise to name but a few. The meat is smoke roasted over oak and the result is succulent, full of flavour and is sliced and ready to eat right away. This is wonderful served with a mint and citrus salad or as a last minute ingredient in a pasta with olive, garlic and herb sauce.
